For airport transfers "pick ups" you or your guest will be met by your driver who will have a name board with your destination and the booking form with them. Our aim is to arrive as the flight lands as many of business clients have "carry on luggage only" and can come through Passport Control and Customs without much delay. Included in the cost of airport transfer are up to 1 hour car park charges and tolls. Also included within the car are newspapers mints and bottled water and for those long haul over-night flights a blanket and pillow
For to airport transfers "drop offs" We will arrive to pick you or your guests at of before the designated time for you travel to your departure Airport. Included for you comfort chilled water, mints & sweets and normally newspaper. We will always endeavor to ascertain road conditions prior to the trip and advise if possible. Although we are happy to advise on standard journey times we ask all clients to ensure that they leave sufficient time for trip
Before setting out to collect you or your guest from the airport we will where possible check your flight status and make adjustments (not always possibble on short haul flights). If you flight is late we would normally wait where feasable for the flight to land but may have to make a "waiting charge or cancellation fee" if applicable.
Where there is long delay we would be happy to re-schedule the collection where possible and look to lais with you, your office and or home for instructions. To aid this your driver will have a mobile/cell phone which they can be contacted on.
