At Exclusive Cakes we only use fresh quality ingredients sourced locally.  All our cakes are mixed, baked, decorated and finished on our premises to ensure  quality and freshness.  

We can offer many different styles of Wedding Cakes,  Traditional - Modern - Something Querky or unusual or to your own Design (please see our Image Gallery) with different recipe tiers eg. Fruit Cake, Maderia Sponge and Chocolate.

Sugar Craft is just one of our specialties, each individual flower is hand crafted with each single petal added until the flower is complete.  Whether it be a rose, orchid, lilly or flowers to compliment your bouquet, they are then assembled together with hand crafted foliage to present the finished spray.  These can be an ideal "keep sake" that will keep for many years in dry dust free atmosphere.
